To use this Sato 4.1″ Thermal Transfer Printer, first, connect it to your computer using the provided USB or RS232C cable. Then, install the Windows® driver. Once installed, you can use any Windows® – based program to create labels. When printing, make sure the media width is set correctly within the range of 1.1″ to 4.65″. Keep the printer in a clean environment to maintain the anti – microbial casing’s effectiveness. For best performance, avoid overloading the printer with continuous printing jobs. Periodically check the printer’s ink or ribbon levels. If you encounter any issues, refer to the printer’s manual or contact customer support.
