Vibra-Tite PB500 MMA – Low Surface Energy Bonder
Vibra-Tite PB500 is a 2-part methacrylate based adhesive that is specially formulated to bond low surface energy materials such as polypropylene, polyethylene and HDPE without additional surface preparation. The PB500 offers increased working time while also building ultimate strength faster than other adhesives in its class. The PB500 material offers high impact resistance and is capable of withstanding extreme temperature fluctuations.

Here’s how to use Vibra-Tite PB500 MMA: First, make sure the surfaces you want to bond are clean and dry. Then, mix the two components (Part A and Part B) in a 1:1 ratio. You’ll have about 4 – 5 minutes of working time. Apply the adhesive evenly to one of the surfaces. Once applied, quickly press the two surfaces together. This adhesive is great for bonding low surface energy materials like polypropylene, polyethylene, and HDPE without any extra surface prep. It can handle extreme temperature changes and has high impact resistance. Just be careful to keep the adhesive away from your skin and eyes. Also, store it in a cool, dry place and use it within 12 months for best results.
