To use this air pilot valve, first make sure the tubing with a 1/8 O.D. is properly connected to the barb fitting. Then, ensure that the air pressure reaches 25 PSI. Once these conditions are met, the air actuated on/off control will start working. When mounting it on the panel, use the 15/32-32 thread with the nut provided. As for maintenance, regularly check the connections to make sure they are secure and there are no air leaks. Also, keep an eye on the air pressure to ensure it remains at the required 25 PSI for optimal performance.
