To use these 33mm A-Titan Easy X-Trac Screws: First, select the right size from the 5 available options. Hold the screw against the tooth, using the indent mark on the shaft as a reference. Make sure to use the highest point in the tooth row as a guide for the indent mark. Check the length carefully. After preparing the root canal with 3 drills, start screwing in the selected screw with your fingertips until you feel a bit of resistance. Then use the X-TRAC Ratchet to finish. Turn the ratchet slowly and carefully, making sure to sink the screw threads all the way to the shoulder. Check the friction after screwing to ensure a good hold.
