Popular in the 50’s – 60’s. Double layer of dark orchid netting, dotted with little floral appliques. Closing is a blue grosgrain ribbon to be tied around the neck. Originally designed to cover those bouffant hair styles.

As for the condition, there is a missing floral applique on the back. Also the blue grosgrain neck tie was probably closer to a purple at one time. Otherwise this is a very attractive vintage accessory.

Very large in size so most heads could easily wear this.
